The CôR PERSAIN Ladies' Choir, based in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, embodies the essence of "Persain," a Welsh word meaning "pure sound."
Our diverse repertoire features traditional Welsh songs, cherished musical theatre pieces, and timeless classics that inspire, create harmony and uplift the spirit.

To anyone interested in joining the choir, please give us a go. We are increasing in numbers every week with the emphasis placed on having fun through singing together.
There really is something for everyone! We are currently working on some musical theatre classics and some Shirley Bassey.
You will be most welcome even if you can't read a note of music - we are here to help and encourage you.
We have a brilliant rehearsal venue, great pianist, and many friends you have yet to meet.
Rehearsals are on Tuesdays evenings at Ammanford Miners' Theatre between 7 pm and 9 pm.
Musical experience or knowledge of reading music is not necessary. There are no auditions.
